The program provides (beginning) on the second month a 4000 RMB salary for a 22 hour week schedule.  The average salary for beginner teachers in Harbin China runs around 5000 to 6000 RMB (Currency converter located on the front page of ESL Daily esldaily.org).  great pay for those seeking a TESOL.  After 3 months, bonuses are available and those extending contracts other benefits are provided (flights).  The TESOL that you receive is the current educational requirement to teach in China as stipulated by the government.  During your experience in Harbin you will have many opportunities to meet other teachers and have occasions to further your career in teaching.  As well, the Will Excel TESOL school’s affiliates offer great opportunities for teaching in many locations around the country.
