Kwangali (Namchon) Beach, Pusan Korea.  Maple College is looking for young, bright, and energetic teachers.  Prime location, only 2 minutes from the beach, and right near the Pusan (Busan) subway system.  Pusan is located on the coast at the South-East tip of Korea.  This city is the second largest in Korea with a population of just over 3.5 million.  Experience Korea's International Film Festival, the Jagalchi fish market, shipping ports, and much more.  Listen to what some teachers have said:

Currently Maple College has 6 foreign English teachers, 30 local teachers and over 500 students.  Students range from elementary to middle school with controllable class sizes of 5 to 10 students.  With 10 years of operation, previous teachers have established a curriculum and resources for all teachers to use.  Salary begins at 2.1 million Won or $ 2100 US (more depending on experience) and 18,000 Won overtime.  The one year contract includes include: airfare, health care, pension, severance pay, sponsored visa, and housing.  Teachers work Monday through Friday from 2:30 – 9:30, with about 25 to 30 hours a week.  

Apartment housing is provided that is located almost right on the beach and only 10 minutes from the school.  The one room, under five years old, non-shared housing with kitchen and bathroom comes complete with: TV, VCR/DVD, queen sized bed, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, dishes, sofa, washing machine, iron,fan, and air conditioner.
